JE VOUS ADRESSE DONC MON MESSAGE POUR MARTHE, ESPERANT QU’IL POURRA LUI PARVENIR GRACE à VOUS… MERCI DE ME TENIR AU COURANT DE LA SUITE DONNEE !
Dear Marthe Kiley-Worthington,
You don’t know me personnaly, but you know my sister Marie-Ange Chevrier (called "Savvy") who lives in the South of England and was at the Little Ash Farm with you.
I’m his elder brother, Thierry Chevrier (49 years old). I’m teaching french, history and geography ; my hobby is translation from english of ethnological or adventure novels.
I live 80km in the North of Paris, deep in the lovely forest of Compiègne. My address is :
Mr Thierry CHEVRIER, 33 rue du Bois d’Haucourt, 60350 - PIERREFONDS
Portable : 06-25-69-52-43, Fixe : 03-44-86-08-54, Email : boisgobey@wanadoo.fr
My daughter Claire (15 years old) is fond of horses since she was a little girl, and has acquired quite a good level in equitation, with an experience of 8 years. His college (Charles Quentin’s Institute, in Pierrefonds) wanss every student to have a two weeks "STAGE" somewhere, if possible connected to nature, agriculture or ecology.
Marie-Ange told me about your fantastic knowledge about horses, and Claire would be happy to spend his June stage (dates would be from Monday 18 June to Friday 29 June included…) in your Eco/Etho Research & Education Centre (La Combe, 26460 -Bezaudun sur Bine).
Do you think it could be possible ? Claire would help you and would do whatever you need to learn and improve in his horsemanship knowledge. She’s nice, enthusiast and helpful, and already dreaming about the project to go to Australia in the future, and make ranching there.
PS) I include a picture where you can see Claire (along with my son Pierre - 13 years old) which was taken last summer in the Landes. She’s now taller and stronger (very sportive !)
If there is a possibility, only three quick answers :
1) What will be the cost to pay, including all - except transport ?
2) Can I send you an acceptation form to fill and send me back for this stage ?
3) Will you be OK for the dates, which are imposed by Claire’s Institute ?
Thanks for an answer as soon as it will be possible for you. Waiting for it,
I stay yours faithfully,
Thierry CHEVRIER
